We are seeking a Salesforce professional with 3–4 years of experience to support the design, development, and administration of our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Flow automation, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), basic Apex development, and access management via permission sets and profiles.
Candidates with Salesforce certifications — especially Salesforce Administrator (required) and Platform App Builder (preferred) — are strongly encouraged to apply.
Build and maintain Flow automations to optimize business processes.
Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components to enhance user experience.
Create and manage formula fields , validation rules , custom metadata , and custom objects .
Write and maintain basic Apex triggers and classes to support automation needs.
Administer user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules for secure and scalable access control.
Perform data management tasks, including import/export, deduplication, and data integrity checks.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
3–4 years of Salesforce administration/development experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Flow Builder , LWC/Aura , and Apex (basic level) .
Proficient in managing user access , profiles , permission sets , and security settings .
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features and standard data model.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Active Secret Clearance is required .
