Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Under supervision, communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze needs and requirements. Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition, management systems and methodologies required. Drive and challenge business units on assumptions of how to successfully execute plans. Work with guidance to define an approach or plan appropriate to the request or project. Under supervision, work with the business to define scope or priority as well as negotiate changes. Write functional requirements, develops test plans and works to resolve production issues.
