Position Summary:

Cigna is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vistex Consultant to support its SAP S/4HANA implementation and ongoing enhancements. This role will be a part of the post-go-live support team, contributing to both Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations and new feature rollouts. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Vistex (v4) and SAP SD , with a strong understanding of pricing models, chargebacks, and pharma billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance the Vistex solution as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Perform functional tasks such as gathering requirements, configuration, documentation, testing, training, and support.
• Work closely with business users to understand needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Lead workshops and provide demos/training on newly implemented capabilities.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage system changes, ensuring proper testing and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP and Vistex functionalities and updates.

Current & Upcoming Projects:

1. Sales & Wholesale Model Enhancements:
   Supporting new pricing models and partner relationship processes.
2. SAP System Upgrade:
   Project currently in progress with a go-live later this year.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Vistex (paybacks, chargebacks, pricing).
• 3+ years of SAP SD configuration experience.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud configuration.
• Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including agreements, rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, and pharma billing.
• Expertise in Vistex DMP , Price Catalog , and Pharma billing is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of EDI , IDOC processing , and system integration (SD, MM, FI).
• Experience preparing documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
• Experience with supply chain management .
• Previous involvement in SAP implementation or upgrade projects .
• Familiarity with tools such as IBP , BW , CPI , SAP Activate , and Solution Manager .
