USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

HOW Business Relationship Manager WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Serves as SCITLS focal point for outreach, collaboration, and requirements gathering with USSTRATCOM leadership, stakeholders and Mission Partners.
  • Focuses on proactive, quick reaction to USSTRATCOM's no-fail mission imperatives within a dynamic mission environment helping change management and to implement CSI2 initiatives.
  • Engages operational stakeholders within multi-tenant environment to identify and rapidly address concerns and challenges with new and improved services, products, and modernization initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Active engagement through focus groups, coordination with functional leads, surveys, customer outreach, and face-to-face collaborative means available to ensure alignment of customer needs and requirements with service and technology solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Master's in Strategic Studies
  • Required Experience: 8+ years of experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Certified Scrum Master; PMI - PMP
  • Preferred Certifications:
  • Location: Offutt AFB, NE

The likely salary range for this position is $125,528 - $169,832. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
