Role Overview

The Head of Growth & Evangelism is a strategic and highly visible role primarily focused on growing the expert side of the network. In addition to delivering value to experts, this role will also involve collaboration with industry partners such as member associations to expand Seersite’s reach and influence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, growth strategies, and community engagement. Working closely with the CEO, you will optimize growth channels, enhance expert engagement, and position Seersite as the premier knowledge-sharing platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Evangelism & Community Building

  • Serve as a public-facing advocate for Seersite, participating in industry events, panels,
  • and digital communities.
  • Develop relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and industry professionals
  • to accelerate growth.
  • Foster an engaged expert community through knowledge-sharing initiatives, exclusive
  • insights, and networking opportunities.

2. Expert Growth Strategy & Industry Partnerships

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital-first growth strategy to scale expert
  • acquisition and engagement.
  • Identify and test new expert acquisition channels (SEO, paid media, content marketing, partnerships with industry associations, and community-driven initiatives).
  • Utilize AI-driven marketing tools to optimize expert targeting, engagement, and retention.

3. Revenue & Business Expansion

  • Work closely with the product team to test growth initiatives and influence the product
  • roadmap.
  • Support the sales team with data-driven growth initiatives that enhance client adoption.
  • Create playbooks for converting high-value experts and clients into long-term users.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – A high-energy proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced,

  • and build relationships.
  • Experience scaling online platforms or marketplaces – Preferably in social networks,

  • Expertise in Digital Growth & Marketing – Strong background in SEO, paid media, content
  • marketing, email marketing, growth hacking, and AI-driven marketing tools.
