• Strategic Relationship Management – Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers, ensuring retention and repeat business.
• Consultative Sales Approach – Analyze client workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that enhance productivity.
• Revenue Growth & Sales Targets – Consistently achieve top-tier sales performance through prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Market Insights & Competitive Positioning – Stay ahead of industry trends to position staffing services competitively in the market.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with recruiters and operations teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• CRM & Reporting – Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage executives and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a competitive environment.
• Familiarity with the industrial sector (warehousing/manufacturing) is highly desirable.
