We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our D.C Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy, our international events company.

We are seeking a Multi-Unit Senior Operations Manager to join our team. This role supports the Director of Strategic Operations through office administration, team leadership, and project management to support the growth of the business. This role encompasses various responsibilities that involve cross-functional collaboration between multiple departments.

This is a diverse position that requires an independent and responsible individual with an emphasis on team-work. This person has incredible organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills and spreadsheet capabilities are required. Their success relies heavily on spatial awareness, time management, people management, and communication. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Management of the operations department
  • Data analytics and sales reporting
  • Project management
  • Coordination of large travel and event logistics
  • Logistics and organization for various aspects of the business
  • Budget management
  • Oversee business development projects
  • Execution of key business initiatives to streamline operation
