Serve as a strategic thought partner for cross-functional teams to evaluate timelines, scopes, and potential risks of ongoing PR projects, while proposing innovative initiatives to address emerging challenges.3. Supervise the Public Relations Specialist in designing crisis management protocols for education-specific scenarios, such as visa processing delays, institutional reputation incidents, or geopolitical impacts on college admission programs, ensuring alignment with NAFSA's ethical guidelines for international educators.4. Oversee the Public Relations Specialist's monitoring of social media and PR campaign performance through tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social, analyzing engagement patterns across key demographics (e.g., international students, academic institutions, education agents). 5. Monitor the Public Relations Specialist's preparation of press releases and related activities, providing constructive feedback to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.6. Oversee the Public Relations Specialist's planning and development of public relations strategies, delivering detailed feedback on proposals, and ensuring all PR materials adhere to DOJ/FTC guidelines for educational advertising.7. Collaborate with the HR team to lead the hiring and training of the public relations team. Supervise the Public Relations Specialist by assigning tasks, setting timelines, and providing training and feedback.Minimum Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in social policy, public relations, or a closely related field.
