Senior SEO Manager

Intellibright, a high-growth, award-winning digital marketing agency, is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead and scale our SEO operations. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and scale the SEO team, mentoring junior to mid-level specialists.
• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies that enhance visibility, traffic, and conversions across multiple clients.
• Define and track measurable KPIs, including revenue impact and ROI from organic search efforts.
• Clearly communicate SEO performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Advocate for SEO integration across digital marketing channels and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Technical SEO & AI-Powered Optimization

• Conduct and oversee comprehensive technical audits, optimizing site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and page speed.
• Implement AI-powered automation to streamline technical SEO workflows, content scaling, and keyword research.
• Leverage machine learning tools for search trend analysis, competitor intelligence, and predictive ranking strategies.
• Manage the SEO technology stack, evaluating and integrating AI-enhanced SEO tools.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.

Content & On-Page Optimization

• Oversee and execute AI-enhanced keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimizations to drive organic growth.
• Develop automation processes to efficiently scale high-quality content production and maintain ranking authority.
• Optimize WordPress environments for SEO, including Elementor, WP Rocket, and schema implementations.

Off-Page & Local SEO

• Direct off-page SEO efforts, including backlink acquisition, competitive analysis, and outreach campaigns.
• Lead local SEO initiatives, optimizing Google Business Profile, multi-location listings, and structured data for location-based search.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact

• Partner with web developers, UX designers, and content strategists to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital assets.
• Work closely with SEM Managers and Digital Strategists to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

• 6+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution, with a strong technical background.
• Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring SEO teams.
• Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker, and AI-powered SEO tools.
• Deep knowledge of site architecture, schema markup, JavaScript SEO, and page speed optimization.
• Experience with log file analysis, crawl budget optimization, and large-scale website SEO management.
• Advanced WordPress SEO expertise, including high-volume content automation workflows.
• Strong ability to analyze data, extract insights, and present actionable strategies.
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and UX optimization.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-driven content generation and predictive ranking algorithms.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising and SERP-focused social platforms (Reddit, Substack, Quora).
• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager certifications.
• Agency experience and knowledge of enterprise SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, and other CMS platforms.
• Python or SQL skills for SEO automation and data analysis.
