Position: Service Technician

Department: Service

Location: Opportunity Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201

Employment Type: Full Time / Non-Exempt

Reports To: Service Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Disassemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble, and validate our CCTV pipe inspection equipment.
  • Maintain accurate service records, forms, and logs.
  • Perform component-level repairs with excellent soldering skills.
  • Commission and train customers on vehicle operation, including final stage testing.
  • Travel as needed for on-site repairs and technical support.
  • Hold a valid passport for potential travel.
  • Work within our ERP/Service software system for processing tasks.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Control to ensure accurate material transactions.
  • Provide high-level troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: One or two-year Technical School certificate/diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings for troubleshooting.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.; must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access); CAD experience is a plus.
