Our Corporate Headquarters in Dayton, OH is looking for a Service Technician. This role involves managing equipment needs in both inventory and field service, with an estimated travel requirement of around 25%. The candidate will support machine fabrication, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic troubleshooting. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for training others on the proper use of equipment, including routine maintenance and repairs. This role also entails assisting in the development and refinement of documentation related to operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and mechanical experience with hydraulics, electrical wiring, CPUs, and basic programming are essential.
• Organizational skills are crucial for keeping multiple projects on track and maintaining records of time and materials for proper invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Strong social skills are important for interacting professionally with clients and colleagues, resolving inquiries, and maintaining great working relationships within the Shop team, engineering, and compliance departments.
• Attention to detail is essential for overseeing projects and documentation
