Position: Service Technician

We are seeking a qualified hot tub service technician for full-time work in our Colorado Springs location. Hot tub repair experience is helpful, but not required. Experience reading an electrical meter is huge plue. HVAC repair, appliance repair, electrical and/or plumbing experience all translate to the job. We'll provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Sundance Spas, at off-site outdoor locations and/or in the warehouse
• Deliver spa covers and haul away old covers
• Stock and maintain a company vehicle
• Follow safety protocol and maintain a clean work area
• Provide support or other duties in support of the business
• Manage time effectively to ensure completion of assigned jobs

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, plumbing and wiring diagrams
• Ability to troubleshoot 110V/220V circuit boards, pumps, and heaters
• Familiarity with a multimeter and basic hand/power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Friendly but professional behavior and attire
• Previous experience as a service tech in any industry is preferred

License / Certification

Driver’s License, with clear driving record for the past two (2) years, required

Pay

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Supplemental pay via commissions and tips

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour day shifts - 8am start
• In-person only. Due to the nature of the role, remote work is not an option
