We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and help us build and maintain a strong online community. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with company goals and target audience
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor, engage, and respond to followers, comments, and messages across all social media channels
• Manage and track social media campaigns, including paid ads, promotions, and organic content
• Analyze social media metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
• Monitor competitors’ social media activity and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely responses
• Work closely with other departments to promote company news, events, product launches, and promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on social media performance and ROI
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building online communities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
