Job Summary: The Spa Attendant provides positive and knowledgeable guest service to guests regarding spa services and procedures, and assists guests with locker room needs. Position is responsible for cleanliness of spa facility, which includes lobby, restrooms, front desk, office, break room, treatment rooms and locker rooms. Core Work Activities

• Provides friendly and sincere guest service to internal and external guests.
• Assists guests with any locker room needs, i.e. Assigning a locker, shower shoes, robe, etc.
• Responsible for all aspects of cleaning and maintaining the spa facility throughout the day, i.e. Lockers, sinks, toilets, mirrors, showers, countertops, floors, woodwork, etc.
• Maintains linen supply throughout the day by picking up clean and delivering soiled to Housekeeping. Restocks spa areas.
• Keeps indoor and outdoor areas free of trash.
• Daily set-up of any food or beverage items, and replenishment throughout the day.
• Listens and addresses guest concerns with appropriate action.
• Communicates any concerns to Spa Management.
