The Spa Concierge/Reservationist is responsible for but not limited to: * Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments * Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in * Touring guest through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities * Completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, the willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task.
