Now Hiring: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our educational team for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on students’ communication skills, working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

In this role, you will implement engaging therapy activities tailored to individual treatment plans, provide support in both one-on-one and small-group settings, and assist with assessments by preparing materials and recording key observations. You’ll help track student progress, maintain organized therapy spaces, and collaborate with the supervising SLP to ensure that interventions are effective and goal-driven. Your work will also involve partnering with teachers, school staff, and parents to reinforce communication strategies across learning environments.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold an active SLPA license or certification in Illinois and possess a master's degree in Communication Disorders or a related field. Previous experience working with children, particularly in a school-based setting, is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively follow treatment plans and collaborate seamlessly with team members to support student success.
