Description

Do you have a passion for unearthing new data-driven opportunities and strong medical claims expertise? We are looking for the next innovator to join our product team for Artemetrx, PSG's proprietary drug management SaaS solution. The Senior Healthcare Product Analyst is a role that provides health care data analytics, reporting, quality assurance and product support for Artemetrx/PSG.

In this role, the analyst will develop and/or maintain expert knowledge of the rapidly changing healthcare marketplace, gain insight into client business needs and will use a data-driven approach to help create efficiencies. The analyst will support and develop new business intelligence reporting/modeling to help clients make informed decisions on key health care strategies. The analyst must have demonstrated expertise in medical claims data to assist in research and development of new innovative integrated drug products/solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with analysis, medical claims research, development of reports, dashboards, and modeling tools.
  • Drive collaboration and be the link between the product and development teams to gather/documents requirements and provide clarity related to assigned projects.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and clients to identify/evaluate cost and utilization trends and experience.
  • Identify opportunities in the development of new capabilities that increase the value added to our clients.
  • Prioritize competing customer requests to ensure focus on highest impact activities.
  • Assist in determining and monitoring of quality measures for reporting and analytics processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing and/or modeling Healthcare medical data required (Examples include medical procedures, health conditions, and/or provider practices)
  • Knowledge of pharmacy and medical claims data, PBM industry is a plus
  • Working knowledge of database applications, including using SQL to extract data is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years PowerBI experience
  • Experience analyzing data, with ability to think logically and process sequentially with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical, problem solver, resourceful, quick learner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and discipline to multitask and prioritize projects to meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Professionally interact with a diverse group of stakeholders including executives, managers, clients, and subject matter experts both technical and non-technical.
  • Bachelor's degree in an Analytics/Informatics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Financial Discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (advanced knowledge in Excel a plus).
  • Ability for some travel (up to 5%).

Salary and Benefits

The national average salary for this role is $130,000-150,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
