This role is accountable for Kronos initiatives, developing Kronos strategies, fostering relationships, guiding technical decisions, and integrated Kronos function tied to Workforce Planning, Payroll Process and Global HCM solutions.
Responsibilities:Serve as a global resource manager for Kronos Timekeeping, Attendance and Workforce Planning, as well as providing support to all projects involving functional business areas, HR Technology, and IT.
The annual base salary range is $115,000 - $173,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
