Position
Staff Accountant

Summary
Preparing, Reviewing and Recording financial transactions/entries,supporting,and A/R and A/P, expense Reporting/Management.

Essential Duties
• Maintaining the general ledger
• Preparing, Reviewing and Recording financial transactions/entries
• Supporting A/R and A/P
• Expense Reporting/Management
• Account reconciliations and Analysis
• Supporting Fixed Assets/Asset Management
• Supporting various taxes, including Income, Sales/Use and Property
• Supporting Month end Closing
• Assisting with Year End audit and Six-Month Review
• Reviewing financial statements
• Preparing financial reports

Working Hours, Working style
8:30-17:00ï¼lunch time 30 minutesï¼
Introduced a flex system with 8-hour working hours between 7:30-18:30.

Salary/Benefit
55k-80k

Qualifications
ã»Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred; An Associate’s degree is
required.
ã»3-5 years of general accounting experience is preferable.
ã»Strong mathematical and analytical skills
ã»Proficient in Microsoft Suite
ã»Excellent oral and communication skills
ã»Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
ã»Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
ã»Strong understanding of US tax regulations.
ã» Japanese-English bilingual
