Job Description
**Líder de Grupo de Soft and Creamy:**
Responsable de liderar las actividades del equipo de trabajo durante un turno además de las tareas que le son asignadas por el Gerente de Tienda. Asume la responsabilidad de la tienda en ausencia del Gerente y coordina las labores

**Requisitos:**
+ Preferiblemente Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
+ Experiencia en puestos similares.
+ Destrezas de organización y liderazgo.
+ Persona dinámica, con iniciativa y conocimiento en tareas administrativas.
+ Pasión por servir.
+ Comunicación efectiva.
+ Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos, fines de semana y días feriados.
**Tipo de puesto:** 36 horas semanales
**Salario:** $12.00 por hora
**Pay Details:** $12.00 per hour
