Job Description

We’re hiring a dynamic Recruiter to join our team! We want to hear from you if you’re passionate about sourcing top talent, implementing innovative recruitment strategies, and contributing to a collaborative work environment! This role includes a minimum 30-day in-person training program before transitioning to fully remote.

Duties:
Including but not limited to:

  • Source, screen, and refer the most qualified applicants to hiring managers, leveraging social media, networking, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find top talent
  • Identify, implement, and maintain recruiting strategies, including direct advertising, job boards, job fairs, unemployment offices, website career pages, employee referrals, networking, data mining, and social media
  • Review applications, conduct pre-screens, and interview the most qualified applicants
  • Conduct daily calls with potential candidates to build a pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with management to understand recruitment needs and identify skills needed for vacancies
  • Document applicant status in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and maintaining job descriptions
  • Collect and analyze data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts
  • Results sourcing and pipelining candidates using various hiring methods
  • Marketing duties as needed/assigned including but not limited to updating social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed), website updating, and revisions
  • Perform other duties to support the company’s needs as assigned

Hard Skills:

  • 2-year degree in business related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google Drive software
  • High-level data entry and organization skills with dedicated follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Scheduling, cold-calling, and following up with needed data entry in various software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills in advanced English (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Negotiation experience or understanding of positive results or experiences for all parties
  • Excellent public relations skills and phone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and creative problem skills are required
  • Experience updating and posting on social media websites, tactful and creative marketing skills to attract target clients and candidates

**This position will require both remote and on-site work as needed. Applicants must be self-motivated and able to work remotely (from a home office) and visit clients and/or new hires as scheduled.
