About the Role
We’re looking for a resourceful, research-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to partner closely with our Talent Partners and hiring managers to build high-quality candidate pipelines across critical roles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging top-tier talent, with a focus on passive candidates, and helping us make smart, inclusive hiring decisions. Your work will be foundational to helping us scale thoughtfully and stay ahead in a competitive talent market.
This isn’t just about sending InMails—it’s about understanding what great looks like, mapping the market, and crafting outreach that resonates.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates across a variety of roles.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, and custom research.
Provide consistent updates on pipeline health, market insights, and sourcing challenges, helping inform data-driven hiring strategies.
Help drive inclusive hiring by proactively identifying and reaching out to candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Contribute to continuous improvements in our sourcing processes, tools, and employer brand presence in targeted talent communities.
5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven success sourcing for technical, go-to-market, or specialized roles across multiple levels.
Comfort navigating sourcing platforms, Boolean searches, and candidate engagement strategies.
Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with a knack for crafting outreach that actually gets responses.
Curiosity, persistence, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity.

Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
Background in Generative AI, Engineering, Data Science or web3
International sourcing experience (Canada, USA, Latin America)
Trilingual is a plus (English, Spanish and Portuguese)
