Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Full-Time Teller to join our team in Wethersfield, CT. This role is responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing routine financial transactions, and supporting the credit union’s mission to help members achieve financial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other standard teller transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist members with questions, account updates, and product explanations.
• Promote credit union products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Support branch operations and follow all compliance and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior teller experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with the FLEX core system preferred.
• Cash-handling experience and strong numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and use credit union systems, procedures, and technology.
• Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic about member service.
