While no prior training is required—we will provide it—a background in dealership, automotive, or accounting-related work is a plus.
Position Overview
The Title Clerk ensures the proper and timely handling of all vehicle titles and related documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who wants to apply or expand their knowledge in the dealership and accounting world.
Responsibilities
Process vehicle titles, registrations, and lien paperwork
Partner with sales and accounting teams to ensure documentation accuracy
Maintain detailed records and compliance with state regulations
Provide support with office and accounting tasks as needed
Communicate with customers, banks, and DMV offices professionally and promptly
Qualifications
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Team player with excellent communication abilities
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in accounting or business is a plus)
Prior dealership, DMV, or accounting experience is helpful but not required
