Job Description

Are you looking for a full time day M-F travel cna position. This is a permanent position to fill daily daily offs throughout our service area. Comfort Keepers is now hiring a travel CNA. Travel CNAs fill the staff call-offs each day. We are a senior home care company. You will travel to client homes to provided one on one care (ADLs and light housekeeping.) This position is paid a premium wage and guaranteed 40 hours each week even though there are some weeks where you work less than 40 due to low volume of call offs. Travel CNAs are required to have work availability from 7am to 5pm Monday - Friday and one weekend a month. Travel CNAs will receive assignments in the morning and use an app to view address and Plan of Care. This position is only open to staff who have outstanding attendance required and are able to work in all senior homes including smoking, dogs and cats. Job Duties

• Assist Seniors and Veterans with all personal care needs as needed One client per shift.
• Travel to client homes. If travel is greater than 45 minutes, a company vehicle is generally available to use.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance
• Assist with housekeeping tasks
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional Attendance Record History
• Superior customer service
• Work history that show job retention
• CNA experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Be successful in every client home
• Able to work in all homes including homes with dogs, cats, and a few smokers
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to drive in all areas of the territories: Brainerd, Litchfield, Buffalo and St. Cloud. Company vehicle if traveling significant distance.
