Position:Traveling Physician - Senior Living Communities
Organization:A provider-led primary and post-acute care organization focused on senior living communities and residents.
***Must have licenses in at least 5of the following states:CA, NV, OR, ID, AZ, NM, CO, TX, OK, KS, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, TN, KY, IL, WI, IN, MI, OH, WV, SC, NC, VA, PA, NY, MA
Salary: $300,000 +
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical care in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care facilities.
Travel to multiple facilities for medical coverage and oversight.
Serve as interim Medical Director.
Build relationships with facility staff and administrators.
Engage with multidisciplinary teams to address patient care needs.
Complete documentation and billing for services.
Respond to daytime calls from facilities.
Manage new patient admissions.
Assist with the transition to permanent providers.
Represent the organization professionally.

Qualifications:
MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
Licensure in multiple states.
