We take a multidisciplinary approach incorporating Speech, Occupational, Physical, Music therapy with educational learning. 

Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Tutor to join our team and work with neurodivergent children. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Education and have experience or strong interest in working with children with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring tailored to each child's learning style and abilities.
• Use creative, multi-sensory teaching strategies to support academic, social, and emotional development.
• Track and report on student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and the Theracare team regarding student performance and strategies for continued growth.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required).
• Experience working with neurodivergent children is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based teaching methods for children with special needs (e.g., ABA techniques, visual schedules, or sensory strategies) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
