Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors for accounting solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to transform concepts into functional products in a user-friendly manner.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in UI/UX design to implement innovative solutions.
• Present design concepts and user experience strategies clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
