Job Description

Are you a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer passionate about crafting user-friendly, visually stunning digital experiences? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and play a key role in shaping the design of our products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our applications are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand target audiences, user behaviors, and pain points.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user experience.

Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, accessible, and easy to navigate.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.

Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to improve design effectiveness.

Ensure consistency across all digital products by following brand guidelines and design systems.

Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes to ensure a seamless user experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
