Job Title: Sr. UX Designer

Location: New York City, NY

Must have

• Must have experience with design systems that work across a product as both a visual kit and developed code. i.e., documentation, governance, implementation, etc.
• Must have a portfolio showing related experience designing web and/or mobile applications/products.
• Must have a portfolio showing data visualization design samples; specifically, dataviz platforms and dashboards. (ex. PowerBI, Tableau, customized platforms, etc)
• Must have experience working with a consultancy or agency
• Must be able to work for an internal government entity
• Mastery/High Proficiency in Figma (Prototyping is required for this role).

Nice to have

• Experience in designing usable, web-based interfaces for complex internal systems.
• Experience conducting user research & testing
• Understanding of design systems from a development POV
• Experience working in Capital Markets, especially back-office systems

Design & Strategy focused workshopping experience (ex: Crazy 8's, requirement gathering sessions, ideation, etc)
