Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President of Product to lead our Digital Engagement, Marketplace, and Carrier product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of digital transactions and network-based ecosystems, and a passion for improving user engagement with innovative product solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with emerging marketplace trends and enhance the user experience of the load board to support key customer outcomes.
Own the product strategy for the Digital Engagement, Marketplace, and Carrier lines, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and market opportunities to meet business and growth targets.
Lead user acquisition and retention efforts through effective campaigns and strategies.
Be accountable for product vision, roadmap, and execution, providing exceptional leadership, business insight, customer advocacy, and coaching within the product team and across the organization.
Utilize a strong analytics background and proficiency in data tools to analyze and interpret data, translating it into actionable steps.
Drive business outcomes by creating customer value across carriers.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies.
Guide and prioritize new product efforts based on customer needs, engagement data, growth objectives, competitive insights, and technical feasibility.
Serve as a senior leader, influencing diverse stakeholders and fostering buy-in from both technical and operational teams.
Thrive in a fast-paced growth environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of product management experience, particularly with digital transactions, engagement, and financial products.
Proven success in launching and scaling complex products.
Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while adapting to evolving priorities.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary between $255,000 and $300,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The final salary will depend on factors such as location, job-related knowledge, education, certifications, skills, experience, and internal equity.
