Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President to lead our Digital Engagement, Marketplace, and Carrier product lines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong product management background and a passion for developing innovative solutions that enhance user engagement in digital transaction and network-based ecosystems. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing product strategies, driving user engagement, and collaborating closely with teams across the organization to achieve business growth.

Position Summary:

The Vice President of Carrier & Marketplace will take charge of driving product vision, strategy, and execution for multiple product lines. You will collaborate with leadership teams and work across departments to define strategies that deliver customer value and support business objectives. You will be instrumental in guiding new product development, managing a roadmap, and optimizing user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals and business objectives.
Stay updated on emerging marketplace trends and enhance customer experiences through improvements to the load board experience.
Own the product strategy for Digital Engagement, Marketplace, and Carrier products, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and market opportunities.
Lead user acquisition and retention initiatives with effective campaigns and strategies.
Oversee the product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring exceptional leadership and customer-focused results.
Utilize deep analytical expertise and proficiency with data tools to synthesize data into actionable insights and decisions.
Drive significant business outcomes by creating value for customers and partners.
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
Prioritize and guide new product initiatives, balancing customer needs, growth goals, competitive analysis, and technical feasibility.
Lead with a strong leadership presence, building buy-in across diverse stakeholders and teams.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
10+ years of product management experience, specifically in digital transactions, engagement, and financial products.
Proven success in launching and scaling complex products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
Adaptable and resourceful, able to pivot and adjust priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation:

The anticipated base pay for this role is $255,000—$300,000 per year, with eligibility for a yearly bonus. Final salary will be determined based on factors such as market location, relevant experience, and qualifications.
