Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious CDL driver to operate a 5,500-gallon water tanker truck on a local project in the Livermore, CA area. The position involves driving an 8-mile route regularly and is expected to last for the duration of the project, with a minimum estimated timeline of 40 weeks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate a 5,500-gallon water tanker truck safely and efficiently
• Complete a consistent 8-mile route daily, transporting water as required by the project
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Monitor water usage and ensure timely refills
• Maintain accurate daily logs and vehicle reports
• Adhere to all safety, DOT, and company regulations and procedures
• Support general site needs related to water delivery, dust control, etc.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with tanker endorsement
• Current DOT medical card (must be on hand and valid)
• Clean driving record
• Able to work four 10-hour days per week, with occasional overtime as needed
• Located in or willing to commute to Livermore, CA
• Previous experience operating a water truck or similar equipment preferred

Location: Livermore, CA
Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts (plus overtime as needed)
Project Duration: Approximately 40+ weeks (or duration of project)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $25 - $40/hour
