Job Description

We are property maintenance contractor in a need of employees willing to operate a mechanical broom truck or Water truck 40+ hours a week. We offer a benefits package that includes medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation time, paid holidays, and 401(k) Plan, and opportunities for BONUS Pay. Eligible for $500 quarterly bonus after 90 days! ( potential for an extra $2000 Each year!)

Mechanical Broom Truck Operator

• Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record(minimum of 3 years driving experience)
• Valid DOT physical is required before start date
• You must be drug free (all employees are tested and this also includes Marijuana)
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Possess a good knowledge of all major roads and highways in the St. Louis metro area.
• Willing to work Days, Evenings, and Weekends hours in various weather conditions.

Job Duties

• Report to Office in Fenton for every shift
• Independently Operate company Trucks
• Pre-shift and post-shift truck check to ensure proper operations of the vehicle.
• Fueling and Cleaning company vehicles after servicing properties.
• Read and interpret street maps, Satellite Images, and Site maps of properties.

Water Truck
