Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Build: Develop a client base by fostering real, long-term relationships—learning who people are, what they value, and what they dream about. Along the way, you’ll build deep knowledge of Northwestern Mutual’s products, strategies, and market trends so you become a trusted resource. • Educate: Grow fast through sponsored licensing, hands-on training, and continuous development. As your knowledge expands, you’ll educate clients—cutting through financial noise and helping them make smart, confident decisions for their families and futures. • Impact: Present clients with strategies, tools, and recommendations that help them protect what matters most and develop habits that change their lives.
