Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
Ensure designs align with user experience best practices and branding guidelines.
Customize pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand business needs and translate them into design specifications.
Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
Conduct design reviews, usability tests, and quality checks to ensure a seamless user experience.
Maintain and update SharePoint UI and web application designs as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience designing UIs for web applications.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Basic understanding of SharePoint’s capabilities is ideal.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365 environments.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
Knowledge of SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and SPFx customization is a plus.
