Position : Wedding Sales Representative

Working Schedule : 11a-8p PST

Salary Range :$2200-$2700 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Are you a people person with a passion for all things weddings? We are looking for an empathetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wedding Sales Representative . This isn't a typical sales job, we're seeking a team member who can build genuine relationships and become a trusted guide for brides as they plan their special day. If you are excited, conversational, and have a knack for making people feel comfortable, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a supportive and knowledgeable "bridesmaid" throughout their wedding planning journey.
• Conduct phone and video calls (30-40 minutes each) to understand clients' needs and preferences.
• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound communications, including emails and texts, to provide timely follow-ups and support.
• Present and sell wedding packages and services in a relationship-driven, consultative manner.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every client.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2+ years of experience in the same field or similar role
• A neutral or native-level English accent is a must. 
• Experience in GoHigh Level CRM is preferred
• Highly empathetic and personable with strong communication skills. You should be able to connect with clients on an emotional level and share in their excitement.
• A genuine interest in and affinity for the wedding industry is essential. Prior sales experience is a plus, but your ability to relate to brides is what matters most.
• Must be able to work full-time during Pacific Time , with availability until 8 PM PST.
• Excellent written communication skills for professional email and text correspondence.
