Well Testing Operators

Are you ready to take on a physically and mentally challenging role in the energy sector? Roska Production Testing Division is hiring Well Testing Operators with 1 to 5 years of experience. If you have a strong work ethic, solid people skills, and a commitment to safety, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Operator and/or Supervisor by following directions and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Manage the rig up and rig down of all test equipment and indicating instruments according to P&ID standards.
• Gain a deep understanding of Well Testing and support equipment operations.
• Monitor equipment controls and instrumentation, accurately record test data, and verify its quality for engineering and client use.
• Perform preventative maintenance, operate, repair, and maintain surface test equipment, all within safe operating parameters.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Physical & Compliance Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment and pre-access drug and alcohol screenings, as well as background checks.
• A clean driver’s abstract is required.
• Physical fitness is essential, with potential fitness testing.
• Must be willing and able to work away from home for extended periods, typically on a 21-7 rotation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Ability to remain focused and make decisive decisions under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with well testing software, MS Office, and related computer skills.
