Description of the Role: The Sales Agent position at The Freer Agency, LLC is a vital role in our organization. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities:

• Pitch products and services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literate
• Attend agency training and daily huddles
