As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of Workday project management experience
- Workday Services functional certification and/or Engagement Manager certification

- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Accounting & Finance, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management preferred
- Workday Engagement Manager (EM/PM) certification and related functional certification(s)
- Leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts

- Collaborating across levels of leadership
