Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products a plus
Familiarity with various travel services, such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel insurance a plus

Ability to communicate with clients effectively, suppliers, and team members
Customer Service Skills:
Strong customer service
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
