Role Overview :
As an entry level Bridge Design Engineer, you are responsible for developing, producing, and reviewing plans, specifications, and estimates for a variety of bridge projects in compliance with State and Federal regulations. This includes the review of needs for new construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and design of bridge projects within the State of Indiana. You will manage design projects that vary in size, scope, schedule and cost at different states in the process. Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $67,314.00but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
Bridge Engineer:
Professional engineering license is not required for this position. Candidates who have an Engineering degree but do not hold a professional license may be hired at a lower minimum salary and will then be eligible for promotional increases upon achieving milestones, including passing the EIT exam, years of experience, and obtaining their professional engineering license.
