This Business Analyst role is part of our Content team, where they are responsible for creating and supporting the content contained in the publications, subscription services (print and online) and many other products offered by J. J. Keller & Associates. Content is the company's primary source of intellectual property, where we offer expertise in regulatory compliance, best practices, trends and research. We deliver this information in a variety of ways, including print, software, video and the world wide web.
The purpose of this Business Analyst position is to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams in the R&D / Content area to analyze, implement and continuously improve business operations through the effective utilization of technology.
Business Analysts are embedded in the business units so that they can develop an in-depth understanding of the core business objectives, have visibility to inefficient processes, and recommend solutions that support and enhance those objectives and improve productivity.
This position is open to considering a Business Analyst I or Business Analyst II level.
Business Analyst I : Ability to achieve autonomous results on projects and issues of low to medium complexity.
Business Analyst II : Handles complex situations through deliberate analysis and planning. Achieves results on projects and issues of medium complexity without supervision.
This role can work 100% remote in the US, on-site at our Corporate Campus in Neenah, WI or Hybrid.

J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location. Note that J. J. Keller is not currently recruiting employees to work in California.
