Position: Call Center Representative Location: Saint Louis, MO Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $700 - $850 per week Job Description: Seronda Networks We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be essential in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information on products and services to customers
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively
Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system
Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable
