We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will play a vital part in delivering complex and impactful aviation projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the continued growth of our practice.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all phases of challenging aviation projects, from initial concept to final construction.
Serve as the Engineer of Record, ensuring project quality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for complex design challenges.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development and growth.
Actively participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
Stay at the forefront of industry advancements in aviation engineering and technology.
What You'll Bring:

15+ years of progressive experience in aviation engineering and design.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Proven experience leading and managing complex projects with multiple disciplines.
In-depth knowledge of airport airside and/or landside design, FAA regulations, and AIP funding.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A strong commitment to client satisfaction and project excellence.
