Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 40hrs/ wk (5x8)
Shift: 3p-11:30p
Regular Rate: $12.28/ hr ($491/ wk)
OT Rate: $45/ hr
Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,100/ wk
Gross Weekly: $1,591

1+ year(s) of LTC/Rehab LPN experience required
