All-on-X CAD/CAM Designer – Dental Laboratory (Not Remote, Relocation to Huntsville, AL Required)

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced All-on-X CAD/CAM Designer to join our high-quality dental laboratory in Huntsville, AL. This role is not remote , and candidates must be willing to relocate. As a key member of our digital team, you will work with advanced dental design software to create precision-milled restorations for All-on-X cases, ensuring optimal aesthetics and function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design All-on-X full-arch restorations using Exocad and 3Shape software.
• Collaborate with dental technicians, clinicians, and production teams to ensure case accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform digital workflows including scanning, designing, and milling adjustments for optimal fit and function.
• Optimize CAD/CAM settings and troubleshoot design challenges to improve efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all designs.
• Stay up to date on industry advancements, software updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience with both Exocad and 3Shape.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD/CAM dental design, specifically with All-on-X restorations.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic function.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
