Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Removable Dental Technical Advisor to join a fast-growing dental laboratory known for its commitment to quality and service. This role is focused on providing expert phone support to dental practices and remote teams responsible for designing and producing removable dental appliances. This is not a bench role , but rather a crucial technical support position that ensures smooth communication between the lab and its customers.

Location: Tampa, FL (Relocation required before start)
Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone for removable dental appliance inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and consult with dental professionals to ensure high-quality results.
• Serve as a liaison between dental practices and remote production teams .
• Offer guidance on quality control and best practices for removable prosthetics.
• Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience fabricating removable dental appliances (e.g., bite rims, custom trays, dentures, partials, set-ups, finishing, relines, repairs).
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a clear understanding of dental practice workflows.
• Implant knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with dental lab raw materials and production processes .
• Experience with digital workflows is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective phone support.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while ensuring top-tier customer support.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving .
