This eCommerce Marketing Manager is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll lead digital and eCommerce marketing initiatives, drive online sales, and manage activation campaigns with creativity and strategic insight. You’ll work across multiple channels—including the company’s website, Amazon, Walmart.com, and Target.com—partnering with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.eCommerce Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage eCommerce marketing initiatives across DTC platforms and major retailer websites.
Partner with agencies on creative campaigns, paid ads, email marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and other digital initiatives.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement to drive eCommerce sales and site traffic.
Collaborate with brand marketing leads to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall brand direction.
Develop marketing assets and coordinate activations, including events and sponsorships.
Use data and analytics to understand consumer behavior, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
eCommerce Marketing Manager Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally in CPG.
Strong understanding of online sales channels, digital marketing strategy, and campaign execution.
Experience working with Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and/or DTC websites.
Knowledge of paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and campaign analytics.
Ability to manage agencies and partner with external teams to execute campaigns.
Strong creative judgment, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment managing multiple priorities.
