Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our Houston team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales—from corporate meetings to large promotional activations. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event aligns with objectives, stays on budget, and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept to execution
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
Liaise with clients to understand goals and provide progress updates
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
Supervise on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown
Manage post-event evaluations and reporting
Ensure events comply with safety, health, and legal regulations
Resolve issues or emergencies quickly and effectively during events
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning tools
Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as required
